How to wear:  
1.Clean the bracelet with cold running water (1st time only). Do not soak.  
2. Leave the bracelet overnight under the moonlight (preferably full moon) to charge the crystals for the first time and repeat it in every 15-20 days. 
3. Next morning after taking a shower, wear your bracelet in your left hand (If you are right-handed) or vice versa with positive intentions. (Make your Intention as specific as possible but keep them realistic)  

Care Instructions: Always remove before taking a shower. The base of the bracelet is elastic hence do not apply excess pressure.  
Advice to remove the crystals before sleeping and better to place it on Selenite plate or bowl to recharge overnight.
